Policy Agreement

A 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled lesson is required to reschedule a lesson.

 

Lessons cannot be refunded only rescheduled.

 

Lessons can only be rescheduled up to 90 days after missed appointment within scheduling availability. After 90 days the lesson credit expires.

 

At least three lessons per month must be scheduled to maintain your time slot.

 

A cancellation fee equal to the value of two lessons will be charged if lessons are canceled without a 30 day notice prior to the 1st of the student's last month enrolled.

 

For month-to-month lessons, an invoice will be sent to your email 7 days prior to the 1st of the month through Square (POS terminal) with each lesson listed.

Payment packages are also available at 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month discounted rates.

 

Month-to-month lessons are due on the 1st of each month.

 

Email is the preferred method of contact. For immediate responses required within 12 hours of scheduled appointment Bree's work phone number may be contacted.

 

All students under 18 years old are to be accompanied by a legal guardian within the same building during lessons.

 

Bree Schmitt Private Music Instructor, LLC has the right to cancel without rescheduling up to two(2) lessons per calendar year due to poor driving conditions.

 

Bree Schmitt Private Music Instructor, LLC has the right to cancel without rescheduling up to two(2) lessons per calendar year due to illness.

 

Those who fail to honor Bree's policy agreement will no longer be offered music lessons.

I understand music lessons are a luxury expense. Please understand that teaching music lessons is a primary source of income for me that takes priority in my time and passion. The line of communication to honor and balance this scale is open.
